How long does the battery last on your cordless E-Ink displays?

Because E-Ink only consumes power during screen updates and our RTOS firmware uses aggressive deep-sleep management, the 31.5" YT-31EPF (10,000 mAh battery) runs for over 2 years on a single charge at 1 refresh per day with Wi-Fi off. The 13.3" YT-13EPF (5,000 mAh) and 10" YT-10EPF (3,000 mAh) both achieve over 1 year of cordless playback at 1 refresh per day.

How does the Inkprink AI Art generation workflow operate in the companion app?

Users pick an art style from the gallery, enter a text prompt, use voice dictation, or upload reference photos. The app generates gallery-grade 1600×1200 artwork, applies Spectra 6 color dithering, and pushes the image wirelessly to the E-Ink frame.

Do we need to write our own E-Ink Spectra 6 color dithering algorithms?

No. Our firmware includes built-in local JPEG/PNG/BMP image processing and Spectra 6 color dithering on the device and companion app. Your team or end users can upload standard JPEG images directly.

How do you prevent E-Ink microcapsule aging or image ghosting over long static periods?

Our firmware features an Automatic Particle Refresh Maintenance mechanism. When a static artwork remains unchanged for 72 hours, the frame automatically performs a refresh cycle to maintain pigment activity and prevent ghosting.

User taps "Create (创作)" on the E-Ink device home screen in the companion app.

✓Entry method `openCreate()` in `eink_home_view.dart:68` first verifies whether the target E-Ink device is connected and writable before entering the creation studio.
✓Once the artwork is generated and cropped, the local image path is returned and applied directly to the home view via `setCurrentImage`.

Style Gallery & Instant Client-Side Filtering

Fetches all artistic style presets in a single request and renders a two-column visual card grid.

✓Calls `POST /api/app/business/ai/get_styles` once to retrieve the complete style catalog; category tab filtering is executed client-side with "All (全部)" pinned first for zero latency.
✓Each style payload includes: Name, Cover Image, Description, `stylePrompt` (style modifier), `defaultPrompt` (fallback prompt), and Category.

Adapts canvas to 1600×1200 or 1200×1600 and submits an asynchronous generation job.

✓Canvas Size: Defaults to `1600*1200` (Landscape 4:3 native to 13.3" & 10" Spectra 6). Automatically switches to `1200*1600` (Portrait 3:4) if the frame aspect ratio is `< 1`.
✓Submits `POST /api/app/business/ai/text_to_image` with parameters: `styleId`, `stylePrompt`, `prompt`, `size`, and optional `refImages`.
✓Asynchronous execution: immediately returns a `taskId` without blocking the UI thread.

Real-Time MQTT Event Push (120s Window)

Listens for cloud completion events pushed over MQTT without wasteful polling loops.

✓Subscribes to `EInkMqttService().aiImageDoneEvents` and matches incoming payloads against the active `taskId`.
✓Status `2` = Generation Succeeded; Status `3` = Generation Failed. Maximum wait timeout is 120 seconds before alerting failure.
✓While a polling endpoint (`get_task`) exists in the API layer, the production view relies purely on event-driven MQTT push for instant response.
